This coffee comes from around 850 smallholder farmers who deliver their ripe cherries to the Gigesa Washing Station in Guji. Most farms are about 2.5 hectares in size and grow a mix of coffee, corn, grains, and banana, all shaded by Birbira, Wanza, and Acacia trees.

This instant coffee comes from Pallet Coffee Roasters, sourced from Ethiopia's Guji region. The beans were processed at Gigesa Washing Station using the washed method, which typically emphasizes clean, bright flavors and acidity. The four-sachet format offers convenient single-serving portions for quick preparation.

Guji-region coffees are known for their balanced complexity and clarity. With a washed process, this lot should highlight the origin's inherent characteristics without the heavier fruit notes common to natural-processed beans.
