Founded in East Vancouver in late 2014, Pallet Coffee Roasters was built on a vision to make specialty coffee accessible to the broader community. The company is locally owned and community-minded, emphasizing an unwavering dedication to quality and a genuine love for specialty coffee. From its roots as a single café, Pallet has grown to operate eight locations across Metro Vancouver and now functions as a full-service roastery, café and restaurant operator, training provider, and wholesale partner to businesses across Canada. Central to Pallet's philosophy are its relationships with farmers and producers, which the company describes as long-term, sustainable, and ethically grounded partnerships that trace coffee from seed to cup. The roastery also operates Palate Kitchen, a concept restaurant located in Jameson House in Downtown Vancouver, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, High Tea, and cocktails alongside its Pallet Coffee bar. Transparency, sustainability, and community connection are stated pillars of the company's mission.
