Worka Chelbessa services many small farms surrounding it. Their heirloom varieties belong to the forests surrounding them. The farms belong to the Yirgacheffe terroir, famous for introducing unique native Ethiopian floral coffees. The cup has a soft, rounded caramel note with a delicate cherry blossom scent, a touch of stewed peach, and a honeyed finish.
