Through a direct collaboration with Occicafe and Globalcafe, Cofinet ensures rigorous quality control and sustainable relationships with the local community, fostering a production process that highlights the unique terroir of the Tierradentro region. The resulting coffee achieves an impressive cupping score of +86, delivering a sophisticated flavour profile.
