Rob says: Our first SIKO lot, just three years ago, left a strong impression on all of us. We immediately felt it deserved a permanent place in our range, but its popularity made it hard to secure in the years that followed. We’re therefore very happy to have it back in our line-up. And while we purchased only 360 kilos in 2023, we’ve tripled that volume this season.
The coffee trees in the Siko village are relatively young, and are nurtured through remarkable agro-ecology. The coffee is shade-grown under false banana trees, among other types of trees traditionally used for shading coffee.
