Best if you:

✔ Drink flat whites / espressos / filters

✔ Like chocolatey sweetness with no caffeine

You can really taste the sweet syrup chocolatey flavours in our Decaf Coffee. Packed with flavour and smoothness, it has notes of maple syrup, green grape, dark chocolate and rum.

Sourced from Vale de Grama, Brazil, this coffee grows in fertile volcanic soils, a mild climate and high altitudes - conditions that enhance its natural sweetness and bright, balanced acidity.

Once the beans are harvested, they undergo the chemical-free sugarcane process to remove the caffeine whilst preserving the flavour. This gives you a deliciously decaffeinated and perfectly rounded coffee, with no compromise on flavour. Learn how we make our decaffeinated coffee on our blog.

Our decaffeinated coffee is best drunk as an espresso but is also great as a filter coffee.

We recommend pairing with: Chocolate tiffin

Best brewing methods:

✔ Espresso machine: highlights sweetness and body

✔ Cafetiere: for a full, rich cup

Volcano Coffee Works

Context

Decaf Coffee from Volcano Coffee Works presents a striking profile for a decaffeinated offering, sourced from Vale de Grama in Brazil. Processed using the sugarcane decaf method, this coffee balances sweetness with darker cocoa notes—maple syrup and dark chocolate frame the cup, while green grape adds brightness and a subtle spirit-forward quality via rum undertones. The sugarcane decaf process preserves complexity often lost in decaffeination, making this a thoughtful choice for drinkers seeking full flavor without caffeine.
