This espresso is for those who want out of the ordinary, focusing less on the chocolate notes and more on vibrancy. It's juicy, sweet and complex. The roast tends to be on the lighter side, highlighting juiciness and making this one of the most lively espressos on our lineup.
The coffee in Lolly Drop right now comes from Colombian rockstar producer husband and wife, Jose and Francy Martinez. Jose Martinez and his amazing wife Francy grow some of the best pink bourbon in Colombia. We have been working with them since 2014 and have enjoyed their coffee every year since!
