This washed Java, from Rodrigo Sanchez, that is like nothing else we've roasted in recent memory. This coffee boasts some of the crispest strawberries you could hope to taste in a cup of coffee followed by a chamomile complexity that is just down right fun. We Tase: Strawberry, Pomegranate, Chamomile

Process: Washed

Variety: Java

MASL: 1500-1750

 To start our process, we found that it is being taken above 22 degrees Brix during its harvest, to leave it for 12 hours in cherry, and go to pulping during its process, and then leave it in anaerobic fermentation for 64 hours in barrels to find its exact point. It is then washed, giving way to its final stage of drying for 15 to 18 days.

Las Veraneras is located on the Peñas Blancas mountain range, bordering the municipality of Acevedo and Pitalito has an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level and at its highest point reaches 1750 meters above sea level, the climate is within 22 degrees average and is surrounded by more than 200 hectares of forest reserve, and 75 hectares suitable for each of our coffees, the farm is born through the Santa Barbara stream, which is the tributary of two aqueducts joining the Timana river.

In addition to transmitting tranquility through its wind gusts, it is accompanied by more than 20 different materials, including Sudan Rume, Mokka, Purple Caturra, Pacamara, Geisha, Bourbon Dilla and 15 other incredible varieties.
