Bonanza Coffee Roasters opened in Berlin in 2006, founded by Yannis Apostolopoulos and Kiduk Reus, and is considered one of the pioneers that launched the city's third-wave movement. Known for meticulous espresso, design-forward cafés, and carefully sourced single origins, Bonanza helped establish Berlin as a leading European specialty hub. Its longevity and influence make it a foundational name in German coffee.
