Context
This Geisha varietal from Costa Rica showcases Finca Sumava's fruit-forward expression. The washed processing method highlights the varietal's characteristic clarity, allowing clean fruit notes—mango, pear, and kiwi—to come through distinctly alongside subtle white chocolate undertones. Geisha coffees are prized for their delicate, tea-like complexity and floral aromatics; this lot's bright fruit profile demonstrates the varietal's ability to express terroir with precision. Zoka Coffee has roasted this to accentuate those inherent characteristics, making it an approachable entry point into specialty Geisha expressions.
