Volcano Coffee Works

Context

The Brixton from Volcano Coffee Works showcases a natural-process Brazil coffee from the Mió farm. Natural processing tends to emphasize heavier, fruit-forward characteristics, though this lot expresses itself through deeper flavor territory: cacao and dark chocolate form the foundation, with orange rind and liquorice adding brightness and subtle spice. This flavor profile reflects both the inherent character of Brazilian coffee and the choices made during fermentation and drying. The interplay between the citrus snap of orange rind and the darker chocolate-cocoa notes creates complexity across the cup.
