This creamy light roast opens with aromas of peanut brittle, orange, and chocolate. Notes of cinnamon and lemon curd are joined by milk chocolate sweetness and orange zest acidity in the cup, followed by sweet malt and almond in the finish.

This Red Bourbon from Juan Diego de la Cerda in Palencia, Guatemala showcases the varietal's characteristic balance through a washed process at elevations between 1800–1890 masl. PT's Coffee Roasting draws out warm spice and nutty sweetness—peanut brittle and almond anchoring the cup—while brighter citrus notes of orange zest and lemon curd add complexity. The malt and milk chocolate notes suggest a full body typical of Bourbon coffees from this region, while cinnamon provides gentle warmth throughout.
