ホンジュラス・サンタバルバラを代表する生産者、Benjamin PazからPacas種と同時にSL28種（ケニア品種）をリリースします。

ケニアで生産されたSLは味わいが力強いものが多いですが、彼のSL28は繊細でエレガント。

ブラックカラントや柑橘、トロピカルフルーツなどの複雑な果実味が口いっぱいに広がり、冷めてくるに従ってハイビスカスのような華やかなハーブ香が心地よく漂います。

風味はケニア産のコーヒーと似つつも、味わいの強度やニュアンスが微妙に異なる点がとても面白いです。温度によって味わいが移り変わっていくグラデーションも魅力の1つ。
