Perched on the slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater, both the farm and coffee of Acacia Hills stand beautiful and compelling. Nestled in our long-standing relationship with Acacia Hills is a constant care and dedication to their community and their craft. A three-hour drive from the city of Arusha in Northern Tanzania, this long-term partner of Five Senses is surrounded by some of Africa’s most dramatic, wildlife-filled landscapes. Year on year we’ve been impressed with not only the ever-growing coffee quality but also the leadership Leon and Aideen have provided to fellow producers and the local community. From hosting a yearly cupping competition inspiring higher standards to supplying fresh water to the local village, Acacia Hills has been sowing impact alongside their delicious coffees.
