Il caffè Asman Gayo proviene dalla regione di Aceh, a Nord di Sumatra, dove le piante crescono rigogliose tra i 1300 e i 1650 metri. Una lavorazione naturale eleva la pulizia aromatica senza perdere il corpo iconico di questa terra.
Essere stati premiati come Miglior Roaster d'Italia 2026 ci ha spinti a cercare la curva di tostatura perfetta per questo lotto così complesso. Abbiamo lavorato per bilanciare l'intensità delle fave di cacao (cocoa nibs) con una dolcezza fruttata ed evoluta, che ricorda la confettura di ciliegie e la prugna secca.
Il risultato è una tazza con un retrogusto lungo e speziato. È il caffè perfetto per chi cerca un'avventura sensoriale, lontano dai profili classici, ma con tutta l'eleganza che solo una tostatura artigianale d'eccellenza può conferire.

This natural-processed coffee from Aceh, Sumatra showcases the fruit-forward character typical of natural processing. Grown at 1300–1650 meters in the Gayo highlands, the beans have been roasted by Ditta Artigianale to reveal cocoa nibs, cherry jam, dried plum, and spiced notes. Natural-processed coffees tend to develop heavier fruit and body compared to washed methods, as the fruit remains during drying—a technique that allows the bean's sweetness to concentrate and meld with earthy undertones.
