Bows & Arrows Coffee

Context

Bella Aurora Espresso hails from Dipilto in Nicaragua's Nueva Segovias region, where producer Luis Joaquin Lovo cultivates a blend of Caturra and Borbón varietals at 1600 masl. Bows & Arrows Coffee has roasted this lot to emphasize comforting, dessert-forward characteristics: apple butter and honey provide sweetness, while graham cracker grounds the profile with a toasty texture. The combination suggests a balanced espresso designed for clarity in milk-based preparations, where these warmer notes can integrate smoothly. The dual-varietal composition draws on two classical Central American cultivars known for their approachability and clean cup profiles.
