Context

This natural-processed Ethiopian from the Jimma region showcases the delicate, nuanced character typical of naturally processed coffees. Grown and produced by Mustefa Abakeno, the lot expresses tea-like qualities alongside subtle fruit notes—a hallmark of high-altitude Ethiopian varietals. Andytown Coffee has highlighted these refined characteristics in their roast, emphasizing the coffee's inherent clarity and complexity rather than deeper sweetness. Natural processing allows the fruit contact during drying to influence the cup's delicate profile, creating brightness that pairs well with filter brewing methods.
