This blend from Anchored Coffee sources from multiple smallholders across three microzones in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region—La Celia, Estrela do Sul, and Monte Carmelo—including producers Maria Aparecida Bartoloci and Ziberto De Jesus Macedo. The coffee combines Castillo, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties grown at elevations between 1100–1350 meters, processed using both washed and natural methods. This mixed-process approach typically creates layered flavor complexity, as natural-processed lots tend toward heavier fruit expression while washed coffees emphasize clarity and brightness. The resulting profile reflects the interplay between these processing choices and the regional characteristics of Cerrado Mineiro's mineral-rich terroir.
