Founded in Miami in 2010 by Leticia and Joel Pollock, Panther Coffee is a specialty coffee company built on sourcing, roasting, and serving high-quality coffees with an emphasis on intention and care. The company began as a single roastery café in Wynwood, Miami, and has since expanded to multiple locations across Florida, New York, and Michigan, including a second roasting operation established in Traverse City, Michigan in 2020. Panther supports a broad network of wholesale partners—cafés, restaurants, hotels, and markets—and engages in events and activations globally. The company works directly with coffee producers and has developed sustainability initiatives including infrastructure improvements with the Café Cocano cooperative in Haiti, rainwater and agricultural projects in Uganda, and composting of cold brew grounds in Miami. Panther Coffee has received recognition from outlets including Monocle Magazine, Good Food Awards, USA Today, and World's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2025, among others.
