Monogram Coffee
Monogram Coffee is a Calgary-based specialty roaster founded by three baristas—Ben, Justin, and Jeremy—on a mission to make world-class coffee accessible and welcoming to all.

Monogram Coffee began with three baristas who bonded over a shared passion for discovery and learning in the world of specialty coffee. Frustrated by the elitism they observed in the industry, founders Ben, Justin, and Jeremy set out to create an inclusive space where anyone could explore exceptional coffee. Starting from a hand-built coffee cart, Monogram has grown into a multi-location operation with flagship cafes in Canada and wholesale partnerships worldwide. The roaster maintains long-term relationships with notable coffee producers, including Finca Takesi in Bolivia, Finca Deborah and Elida Estate in Panama, and Daterra in Brazil, emphasizing flavour, quality, and sustainability throughout its sourcing. The Monogram team collectively holds 10 Canadian Barista Championship titles and has represented Canada at the World Barista Championships, with that competitive pursuit of excellence informing every stage of their process—from sourcing and roasting to brewing. Monogram also offers coffee subscriptions, merchandise, and workshops, reflecting their broader commitment to community engagement and coffee education.
