La Colombe

Context

Monaco, by La Colombe, draws from four distinct origins: Brazil's Cerrado Minas, Colombia's Sierra Nevada, Mexico's Hautusco, and Ethiopia's Sidamo. This geographic diversity reflects sourcing partnerships with producers Lacador, Asoprokan, La Laja, and Moredocofe across their respective regions. The blend structure balances the different flavor profiles these origins naturally offer—Brazilian and Mexican coffees typically contribute body and sweetness, while Ethiopian and Colombian lots often add brightness and complexity.

The interplay of multiple terroirs and altitudes creates a multi-layered cup designed for balance rather than single-origin dominance. Whether you're exploring how distinct regional characteristics work in concert or simply seeking a well-rounded daily cup, Monaco exemplifies the craft of blending.
