彼女はこの間までリリースしていたYonal Fernandezの妹でもあります。

彼女のコーヒーは芳醇で華やか。

仄かな発酵感がこのコーヒーの風味を押し上げてくれているような印象で、苺やトロピカルフルーツのような豊かな果実味をはっきりと感じます。

鼻を抜けていく香りには、フルーツポンチのような甘いニュアンスとフローラルなニュアンスが混ざり合い、独特なキャラクター構成になっています。

味わいがはっきりしているので、アイスコーヒーにしても風味個性を十分に楽しめます。

Merci Fernandez's microlot arrives from the remote La Higuera hamlet within Colasay, a mountainous corner of Peru's Cajamarca region. Grown at 1,863 meters on the Bourbon de Colasay varietal, this washed coffee showcases the brightness characteristic of high-altitude Peruvian coffees. Fuglen Coffee identifies strawberry and tropical fruit notes alongside delicate florality—a profile that reflects both the terroir and the varietal's natural inclinations toward nuanced acidity and fruit-forward expression.
