Nine Bars is our signature espresso, roasted and blended to deliver classic espresso taste notes. Our current version blends coffees from El Vergel in Colombia, and Daterra Estate in Brazil. We purposely apply heat more gently and extend the roast on these two coffees, to help dial back the acidity in the cup.
