50% Brazil-Ana Luisa Pellicer, Mio 50% Guatemala- La Morena.

Glace Cherry, Almond, Chocolate.

This is our ultimate all-day, every-day brew. A seasonal, versatile coffee designed to be the reason to wake up in the morning as well as your go-to afternoon treat. It’s medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, and sweet.

Our current blend is a total dream team, bringing together two incredible women-grown lots (duh) that hit all the right notes. We’ve paired the elegant, cherry notes of La Morena's Guatemalan beans with the mellow chocolatey sweetness of Ana Luisa Pellicer’s coffee from Mio in Brazil.

Together, they strike a perfect harmony: La Morena brings the delicate high, and fruity notes, while Ana Luisa’s grounds the cup with a caramel, syrupy soul. It’s a total delight that is uncomplicated and seriously delicious. Whether it’s a slow Sunday pour-over or a big batch brew to get you through the Monday madness, this blend is here to make your day better. Grab a bag, get brewing, and get Back To The Filter

Girls Who Grind Coffee

Context

Girls Who Grind Coffee's Back To The Filter balances stone fruit sweetness with nutty and chocolatey undertones. The glace cherry character suggests a coffee that bridges brightness with deeper, more indulgent notes—a profile well-suited to filter brewing, where the brewing method's clarity can highlight such layered flavor progression. When tasting, you might reference the flavor wheel to identify where these cherry, almond, and chocolate notes land in your own cup. The interplay between the fruit-forward opening and the grounding chocolate finish makes this a versatile coffee for exploring how roast development and brewing variables shape your experience.
