Friedhats is an Amsterdam-based roaster founded around 2016 that built a strong international following with clean, light roasting, a playful brand, and a steady stream of high-quality single origins. Active in coffee education and competition circles, it became one of the most recognisable independent Dutch roasters of its generation.
