Single O, founded in Sydney's Surry Hills in 2003, is one of Australia's pioneering specialty roasters, known for sustainability initiatives, single-origin focus (reflected in its name), and brewing innovation such as on-tap batch brew and reusable packaging systems. With a significant presence in Japan as well as Australia, Single O helped export the influential Australian café model abroad. It remains a leading voice in the Antipodean specialty scene.
